Long Meta-aramid Fiber

§Thermal stability Aramid fiber can be constantly used for more than 10 years under the temperature as high as 205℃ and with excellent dimensional stability,even being exposed under 300℃, it will not shrink, embrittle, soften or melt.

§Fire resistance Aramid fiber’s LOI is over 28%, with the intrinsic fire resistance, it can’t self-ignition and melt in air, and it is self-extinguishing and not support combustion. under about 400℃, it begin to carbonize. §Electric insulation The aramid paper with the excellent electric insulation property, the breakdown voltage can over 10KV/mm.

§Chemical stability The chemical structure of meta-aramid is very stable, and it can withstand most of the high concentration inorganic acid, it also with good alkali-resisting under the normal tenmperature.

§Radiation resistance Aramid fiber enjoy excellent performance in resisting radiation from β，αand γrays. §Mechanical property Meta-aramid fiber with low rigidity and high elongation， and it can be processing by regular spinning and weaving machine.
